Job summary

Pindrop is a cybersecurity company delivering AI-powered trust and verification across voice, video, and digital channels. As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you’ll translate customer problems into compelling value stories and credible demos, while enabling partner SEs to succeed in their own customer conversations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor demos, provide technical guidance, and build repeatable partner motions that drive early-stage opportunities, with a focus on CCaaS

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales engineering, partner engineering, solutions consulting, technical consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role in enterprise software.
• Experience enabling or coaching technical sellers, partner SEs, or customer-facing technical teams on positioning and demo delivery, with facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong experience with CCaaS platforms such as Five9, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or similar ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Ask the right questions, recommend best practices, and help partner SE teams connect customer problems to a clear Pindrop value story.
• Teach partners how to position Pindrop within their platform and customer motion, explaining product functionality and integration choices.
• Build and coach tailored demo flows that connect the customer’s situation to Pindrop capabilities and outcomes.
• Lead enablement and practice sessions on value messaging, use-case positioning, and technical integration overviews.
• Prepare partners for early customer meetings, platform demos, QBRs, and opportunities by adapting the story to each audience.
• Advise partner technical teams on API placement within CCaaS platforms and adjacent workflows for repeatable demos.
