Job summary

Pindrop is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to help strategic partners understand and demonstrate the value of our identity verification and fraud-prevention platform. You will craft clear value narratives, tailor demos, and provide technical guidance to ensure demos are credible and repeatable.

You will lead enablement sessions, coach partner SEs, and adapt strategies for different audiences. This role blends technical depth with storytelling to advance partner-led opportunities across

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales engineering or comparable technical role enabling partners.
• Experience coaching technical sellers and partner SEs with strong presentation skills.
• Strong experience with CCaaS platforms (Five9, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect).
• Experience building or evaluating API integrations; basic JS or Python knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Help strategic partners understand, position, and demonstrate Pindrop’s value.
• Build clear value narratives and credible demos for partner conversations.
• Provide technical guidance to make demos real and repeatable.
• Lead enablement sessions on messaging, tech integration, and demos.
• Prepare partners for early meetings, platform demos, and QBRs.
• Advise on API placement within CCaaS platforms and adjacent workflows.
• Create and configure partner demo tenants and CCaaS sandboxes.
