Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co‑marketing with merchants across North America.

Plan and execute cross‑channel campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels to drive revenue growth, GMV, and new user acquisition. You’ll collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns for multiple industries including home, fitness, electronics, fashion, and omnichannel retail.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience developing plans and launching marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
• Analytical and data‑driven, using performance metrics to build campaigns.
• Experience optimizing campaigns based on insights.
• Commercial mindset to grow partner investment and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and coordination of full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across categories and channels.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day marketing relationships with merchant partners.
• Support marketing strategy and campaign performance to grow revenue and GMV.
• Execute and optimize marketing solutions across onsite, offsite, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve execution and share learnings.
• Coordinate inbound RFPs and develop marketing plans and materials for partners.
• Identify targets based on acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup.
• Work with media agency and internal teams to align media plans and creative briefs.
• Support budgeting, calendar, compliance, and documentation processes.
• Leverage industry knowledge for vertical marketing strategies.
