Job summary

Affirm, Inc. seeks a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to orchestrate cross‑channel marketing with merchants across North America.

You will plan and execute campaigns across onsite Marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate and emerging channels to drive revenue, GMV and new user acquisition. You’ll collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Growth Marketing and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns, manage merchant relationships, and optimize performance while navigating multiple

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience developing plans and launching programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models; understands affiliate tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite and affiliate channels.
• Build and manage day‑to‑day relationships with merchant partners and optimize performance.
• Support marketing strategy and campaigns to grow revenue, GMV and user acquisition.
• Execute and optimize campaigns across marketplaces, media, affiliate and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign results and translate into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve execution and share learnings.
• Handle inbound RFPs and develop marketing plans and materials for partners.
• Identify targets aligned with acquisition, engagement and loan takeup goals.
• Collaborate with media agencies and creative teams on briefs and content.
• Maintain partner marketing budgets, calendars, compliance submissions, and docs.
• Apply industry research to shape vertical marketing strategies.
