Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co-marketing initiatives with merchants across North America. Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns across onsite, offsite, affiliate, and emerging channels to drive revenue, GMV, and new user acquisition.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable business results. You’ll work with partners across home, fitness, electronics, fashion, and omnichannel retail while coordinating with Client

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience working with partners to develop plans and launch marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
• Analytical and data-oriented, with a focus on using performance metrics to build campaigns that deliver results.
• Experience using performance analytics to identify insights and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support development and coordination of full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels.
• Build and nurture day-to-day marketing relationships with merchant partners.
• Support marketing strategy and campaign performance of assigned partners to grow revenue and GMV.
• Execute and optimize marketing solutions across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, and affiliates.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve execution and share learnings.
• Handle inbound RFPs and develop dedicated marketing plans for partners.
• Identify targets based on acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup.
• Coordinate media plans with the agency, growth marketing, and creative teams.
• Support budgeting, co-marketing calendar, compliance submissions, and documentation.
• Leverage industry knowledge for vertical marketing strategies.
