You will work with ASP, AGS/AWSI Field teams and Partners to drive strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes. The role requires deep experience shaping strategy, cross-functional leadership, and a strong track record in cloud, data/AI, and enterprise modernization programs.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping organizational strategy with impact on leadership decisions.
• Ability to craft joint value propositions within a partner ecosystem.
• 7+ years in core cloud technology services and related areas.
• 7+ years in GTM, business development, sales, or consulting.
• 7+ years working with data/AI technologies and analytics
• Experience with enterprise modernization and migration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Continuously gather insights to refine strategy for the PGS team.
• Qualify initiatives against partner cohorts and quantify business value.
• Prioritize and align leadership to high-impact candidates.
• Design governance models and lead cross-functional implementation.
• Uncover partner needs through research and data analysis.
• Represent PGS across SMGS teams and coordinate capabilities.
• Apply engagement expertise to align solutions for transformation programs.
• Participate in annual strategic planning processes.
