Job summary

Circle is seeking a Partner Development Coordinator to be one of the first points of contact for partners and prospective customers. You will triage inbound interest, respond quickly, and ensure every lead is properly tracked and routed to the right next step in a fast-moving environment.

This role requires a minimum of 1+ year in customer-facing or sales development, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing, partner-facing, or sales development experience.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the inbound lead queue and respond within SLA.
• Conduct initial outreach and gather information for lead qualification.
• Log all lead activity in the CRM accurately and promptly.
• Route leads to the appropriate teammate based on criteria.
• Support data hygiene by keeping pipeline stages and records current.
• Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to manage follow-up and engagement.
• Assist with onboarding and activation tasks for qualified partners.
