Responsibilities

• Triage inbound leads and respond within SLA.
• Perform initial outreach and gather information for qualification and routing.
• Log lead activity in CRM with disposition notes and next steps.
• Route leads to appropriate team members based on criteria.
• Maintain data hygiene in pipeline, cases, and records.
