Job summary

Cribl is a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to shape and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and applications.

You will own the partner engagement lifecycle, drive programs across Resale, MSP, SI, and Technology Alliances, and develop onboarding tools to scale the partner ecosystem. Cribl offers a competitive salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in the data security and IT spaces.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs or similar systems.
• 3–5 years experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.
• Ability to run quickly with little supervision in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree from a top university a plus.

• Build out the Partner engagement lifecycle as part of Cribl's Partner Program.
• Drive programs and policies to scale Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, and Services partnerships.
• Develop collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance partner experience.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap.
• Communicate Partner strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment across the business.
• Help manage and lead Partner specific projects and initiatives focused on scale and efficiency.
• Help own partner specific tools and drive awareness of value and use cases internally and externally.
• Assist in program compliance process and communication.
• Be willing to take on ad hoc projects based on company decisions.
