Job summary

Key responsibilities include governance representation, weekly project check-ins, go-live readiness, budget oversight, and driving program health through quarterly reviews. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting role.
• UKG Product knowledge (HCM/WFM) or similar domain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project governance for partner-delivered initiatives and Escalation management.
• Lead weekly project check-ins to ensure on-track delivery and accountability.
• Ensure go-live readiness and quality go-live deliveries with partners.
• Collaborate with Partner Operations on budget and change requests.
• Drive health reviews and quarterly business reviews to strengthen partner relationships.
