Job summary

UKG is seeking a Partner Delivery Manager to build trusted partnerships and oversee project governance and delivery within the partner ecosystem. The role requires proactive program management, forecasting, and escalation handling to drive successful outcomes in the HCM space.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in professional services, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across supply and delivery functions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Professional Services or Consulting.
• UKG product knowledge (HCM/WFM) or similar domain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent UKG on partner-delivered projects and participate in Steering Committee.
• Lead weekly project check-ins to keep projects on track.
• Ensure go-live readiness and partner engagement with Product Support.
• Manage scope/budget in the UKG PSA system and approve change requests.
• Drive go-live forecasting to maintain billing accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and health reviews with partners.
• Identify enablement opportunities and ensure partner certifications.
