Job summary

CHEP seeks a Senior Manager, Global HRIS Platform Delivery to lead the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform globally, including time and attendance, accruals, and pay rules. You will manage a distributed team across regions, establish standards, and drive governance while partnering with HR, IT, payroll, and operations to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.

You will own the roadmap, oversee major releases, handle complex enhancements, and coordinate incident responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in HR technology or HRIS platforms including leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated advanced experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management / Time and Attendance in a multinational environment.
• Experience owning platform operations, governance, roadmap planning, major releases, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own global UKG Pro Workforce Management platform strategy, operating model, governance, and service delivery priorities.
• Provide global functional and technical leadership for UKG Pro WFM and related downstream systems.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of managers, analysts, and platform specialists; set priorities and resources.
• Establish global platform standards, controls, and decision frameworks across regions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand and translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Lead governance and end-to-end delivery for releases, testing, and deployment.
• Manage incidents, escalations, and vendor performance with cross-functional coordination.
