Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Program Manager in a hybrid role to build and scale partner storytelling, customer proof, and public-facing content for the OpenAI Partner Network. You will own end-to-end delivery, from identifying compelling outcomes to publishing case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.

This role emphasizes developing scalable reference programs, establishing editorial standards, and shaping the network's web messaging.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B technology marketing roles including partner, product, or customer marketing.
• Exceptional storytelling and editorial judgment.
• Experience building customer reference programs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution and fast delivery.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across partnerships, sales, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the partner customer reference program with sourcing, development, approvals, and publishing.
• Lead creation of customer proof through case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and other content.
• Develop partner narratives and messaging for internal and external audiences.
• Shape OpenAI Partner Network web presence with content strategy and messaging.
• Support partner launches and announcements with cross-functional collaboration.
• Build relationships with partner founders, executives, and customers to uncover outcomes.
• Prioritize opportunities to maximize adoption, pipeline, and partner growth.
• Operate with a repeatable editorial pipeline, approvals, and publishing cadence.
