• 10+ years of experience in creator or talent partnerships, strategic partnerships, platform partnerships, product enablement, client services, or another highly relationship-driven field.
• Experience supporting creators, brands, or other high-profile partners and their representatives.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and responsiveness to earn trust over time.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy, partner journey, operating model, and quality bar for high-touch onboarding, enabling long-term engagement.
• Design and lead tailored onboarding sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for creators, brands, and institutions.
• Translate partner needs into authentic use cases and ensure partners have support to engage with the company’s products.
