Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Program Manager to build and scale partner storytelling, customer proof, and public-facing content programs for our Partner Network.

You will own strategy and end-to-end delivery, from identifying outcomes to developing case studies, whitepapers, and webinars. This role is cross-functional, hands-on, and focused on scalable, repeatable programs that drive adoption, pipeline, and partner growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across partner marketing, product marketing, customer marketing, content marketing, communications, or related B2B technology marketing roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the partner customer reference program with a repeatable sourcing, developing, approving, and publishing flow.
• Lead case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and content that connect partner expertise to customer outcomes.
• Develop partner narratives and messaging for internal/external audiences.
• Shape the Partner Network’s web presence with strategy, messaging, and content development.
• Support partner launches and communications in collaboration with Partnerships, Product Marketing, Communications, Legal, and partner teams.
• Build strong relationships with founders, executives, marketers, and customers to move stories to publication.
• Prioritize opportunities to support adoption, pipeline, and partner growth while building scalable programs.
• Lead content across channels with Sales and campaign teams to support conversations and campaigns.
• Maintain an editorial pipeline, ownership, approvals, and publishing cadence with measurable impact.
