Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Partnerships Marketer to develop and scale creator programs for technical audiences. You will build relationships with credible voices who can help people understand and meaningfully use OpenAI’s products.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Communications, Developer Experience, Growth, and GTM teams to translate complex capabilities into clear, engaging creator-led content. This role is based in San Francisco, with a hybrid model and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and scaling creator, influencer, or partner programs.
• Experience reaching technical, professional, developer, or B2B audiences.
• Ability to translate complex products into clear, credible content.
• Proven track record managing creator relationships across channels.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking.
• Experience operating as a senior contributor, owning strategy to execution.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and building new systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale creator programs for technical and professional audiences.
• Partner with Social, Product, and Developer Experience to translate launches, API updates, and technical workflows into high-signal social content for developer audiences.
• Shape launch and sustained-content plans across owned developer channels and creator programs.
• Build and manage relationships with trusted creators, experts, educators, and community voices.
• Identify emerging audiences, voices, and opportunities to expand understanding and adoption of AI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate product capabilities into clear, credible, and engaging creator-led content.
• Lead creator programs across product education, launches, events, and other priority initiatives.
• Provide creators with context, guidance, and resources to produce authentic work.
• Establish scalable processes for creator identification, briefing, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
• Build feedback loops between creators, audiences, and internal teams to surface insights and use cases.
• Define success metrics and evaluate program performance across engagement, product impact, and business objectives.
• Continuously evolve the strategy based on performance insights and market dynamics.
