Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technical Advisor to drive growth with Global and Strategic Regional partners. You will lead pre-sales technical excellence, business development, and AI-first collaboration, shaping co-sell motions and offering strategy.

Expect strategic advisory duties, solution architecture alignment, and executive engagement with partners. You will coordinate with Partner Solution Architects and domain experts to accelerate partner-driven deals, provide technical escalation

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience with workflow across multiple products (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.).
• 8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or enterprise tech advisory.
• Proven experience with partners, SIs, hyperscalers, or technology alliances.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic partner growth through pre-sales technical excellence and co-innovation.
• Lead partner strategy, business development, and go-to-market alignment for AI-enabled offerings.
• Conduct technical discovery, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations to accelerate deals.
• Translate platform capabilities and AI innovations into scalable partner solutions with clear value.
