ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technology Architect to serve as the primary strategic interface for Global and Strategic Regional partners. You will drive holistic partner growth through pre-sales technical excellence, business development, solution strategy, and AI-first technology adoption.

This role blends advisory relationships with partner executives, architecture for industry workflows, and go-to-market leadership to deliver scalable, measurable outcomes. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or partner strategy.
• Proven experience with partners, SI, hyperscalers or alliances.
• Strong executive presence to influence VP+ stakeholders.
• Ability translate business strategy into actionable partner growth plans.
• Experience shaping partner practices and go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner strategy and joint business planning with executives.
• Drive pre-sales discovery, executive briefings, and demonstrations.
• Translate platform/AI capabilities into partner offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a unified partner experience.
• Champion AI-first solution design and governance alignment.
• Support partner-led proofs of concept and co-demos.
• Provide technical escalation for critical partner opportunities.
