Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD.
• 8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or enterprise technology advisory.
• Proven experience working with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers.
• Strong executive presence to influence VP+ level.
• Ability to translate business and industry context into partner growth plans.
• Experience shaping or scaling partner practices and go-to-market motions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and workflows.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled use cases and data-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with multiple partner go-to-market routes (C&I, MSP, Reseller, Hyperscaler).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic interface for assigned partner organizations, from pre-sales to co-innovation and growth advisory.
• Lead joint business planning to align partner investments and GTM priorities.
• Advise partners on practice growth and readiness for AI-enabled offerings.
• Influence partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through differentiated offerings.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations.
• Translate platform capabilities into partner-differentiated scalable solutions.
• Design and execute partner-led proofs of concept and co-demonstrations.
• Provide escalation support for critical partner-led opportunities.
• Champion AI-first solution design and acceleration through collaboration with SPAs.
