Job summary

Cadmus is seeking an experienced, part-time professional to provide technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utilities, supporting SDWA and CWA compliance. The role includes field and remote work, collaborating with regulators and utilities to address regulatory and infrastructure challenges.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in water operations, regulatory programs, and asset management, with exceptional communication and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with coursework in engineering, public health, environmental science and policy, or another relevant area and at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree with the same coursework focus and at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with SDWA and/or CWA regulatory programs.
• Experience inspecting water utilities.
• Certification as a water and/or wastewater operator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in support of technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utilities and regulatory program implementation.
• Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment in interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Lead the development of client-ready products.
