Cadmus Group is seeking an experienced, part-time professional to provide technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utilities, both onsite and remotely, to help them comply with SDWA and CWA. The role involves field work, travel, and collaboration with regulators and operators to address operational and regulatory challenges.

Qualified candidates have advanced degrees and substantial experience in water utilities, regulatory programs, and data collection, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with related coursework and extensive relevant work experience.
• Experience with SDWA and/or CWA regulatory programs.
• Experience inspecting water utilities.
• Certification as a water and/or wastewater operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in support of drinking water and wastewater utilities, regulatory program implementation oversight activities, and guidance development.
• Lead the development of client-ready products.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communications.
• Ensure outcomes that satisfy client requirements and support follow-on work.
