Cadmus Group is seeking a part-time professional to support drinking water and wastewater utilities with technical assistance and regulatory oversight. The role emphasizes SDWA/CWA compliance, field and remote support, and collaboration with regulators and communities.

The position involves onsite and remote work, travel as needed, and engagement with tribal utilities, emergency planning, and data collection to improve public health and infrastructure in small, rural communities.

Formación

• Master’s degree with coursework in engineering, public health, environmental science and policy and at least 8 years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor’s degree with the same coursework and at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with SDWA and/or CWA regulatory programs.
• Experience inspecting water utilities.
• Certification as a water and/or wastewater operator is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise in support of technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utilities and regulatory program oversight activities.
• Lead the development of client-ready products.
• Demonstrate effective task prioritization, quality assurance, and quality control of deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and drive follow-on work.
