Job summary

Cadmus Group seeks a part-time professional to provide technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utilities, assisting with SDWA and CWA compliance. The role blends onsite field work with remote support, leveraging regulatory knowledge to guide infrastructure improvements and public health outcomes.

The candidate will travel, interact with operators and regulators, and contribute to research, analysis, and product development across Cadmus’ water programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with coursework in engineering, public health, environmental science and policy or related area and 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with same coursework and 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to drinking water and wastewater utilities and regulatory guidance.
• Lead the development of client-ready products.
• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction of outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong research, analysis, and written/verbal communication capabilities.
• Demonstrate professionalism in client and team interactions.
