Job summary

Sky Zone in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to supervise operations on the floor, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to ensure smooth daily performance.

You will act as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t present, coach team members, drive guest experience and memberships, enforce safety policies, and help grow from frontline to leadership. Part-time evenings/weekends, onsite at the park.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across departments.
• Rotate into Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities to maintain guest experiences and smooth shift flow.
• Lead guest interactions to deliver Sky Zone’s WOW service standards and drive memberships.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure opening/closing procedures are executed consistently.
