Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for our on-site operations. This hands-on, early-leadership position rotates across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to build leadership experience while maintaining guest satisfaction.

You’ll coach team members, support park operations, and step in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on site. A strong customer service background and the ability to work evenings and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is active.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and lead by example across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive guest experience and membership sales while coaching team members.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure procedures are followed consistently.
• Rotate through Sales, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to cover shifts and develop leadership.
