Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to oversee front-line operations, guest experience, and events. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, with on-floor leadership when senior staff are away.

This role requires hands-on problem solving, coaching, and a focus on safety and guest delight. You’ll drive membership and program sales, coach team members, and ensure smooth shift execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 18+ years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when on-site leaders are not present
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments
• Lead a range of operational areas (Sales, Parties, Food & Beverage, Facilities) as needed
• Drive guest engagement and promote park offerings to boost memberships and sales
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports
• Ensure opening/closing and shift procedures are followed accurately
• Oversee party and event execution from booking to completion
• Assist with inventory and cafe item ordering, maintain park cleanliness
