Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to operate across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will lead on the floor, coach staff, and step in as MOD during absences to keep the park running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities include driving guest engagement, managing shift flow, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high service standards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders are not on site, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach Team Members across departments to deliver WOW service.
• Oversee shift operations, front desk, events and cafe activities, ensuring clean, safe, and efficient park operations.
