Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to oversee operations as a Manager on Duty when leaders are not on-site. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, guiding a team and ensuring guest experiences meet Sky Zone’s WOW service standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in operations with supervisory experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Rotational Leadership Development across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B & Facilities leads.
