Job summary

Sky Zone, operated by CircusTrix, LLC, seeks a Team Lead to run as a part-time, on-site supervisor across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will step in as Manager on Duty when leaders are not on-site, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth park operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest engagement, and rotational responsibilities to develop future leaders while supporting daily park functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Lead guest interactions and coach team members to provide WOW service.
• Drive front desk performance and membership sales.
• Oversee execution of birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and park operations throughout shifts.
