Job summary

Sky Zone Cincinnati is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to actively guide on-floor operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage. You will step in as MOD when leadership is away, coach staff, and maintain guest satisfaction with a high-energy, safety-conscious approach.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, plus supervisory experience. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology and POS systems; able to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and ensure safety and operational excellence.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Rotate through programs, café, front desk, events to maintain seamless guest experiences and flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Lead safety and compliance by enforcing policies and completing incident reports.
