Job summary

Sky Zone Dayton is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to oversee operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will act as Manager on Duty when leadership is away, coach team members, and ensure smooth shift execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems. Evening/weekend availability is required for a high-energy trampoline park environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities; able to step in as MOD.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic tech tools; learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present; ensure safety and guest experience.
• Lead and coach team across departments; maintain flow and communication.
• Drive sales through memberships and park offerings; upsell opportunities.
• Oversee parties, events, and cafe operations; ensure timely execution and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain park cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment upkeep.
