Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Part-time Team Lead for onsite operations in Cincinnati. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, acting as Manager on Duty when leaders are away, coaching staff, and ensuring a safe, engaging guest experience.

Flexible evenings and weekend shifts required to support high-energy play spaces. You’ll build leadership experience, drive guest satisfaction, and help run daily shifts across departments, including cafe and front

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and lead on-floor operations.
• Drive guest engagement and promote park offerings.
• Oversee parties, events, and cafe/food service as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to maintain clean, safe, and high-energy environment.
