Job summary

Sky Zone, operated by CircusTrix, is seeking a Part-time Team Lead for our Cincinnati park. You will guide daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities. You may serve as MOD to keep the park running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles and supervisory experience. Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office is preferred; evening, weekend, and holiday availability is

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, F&B, amusement, or recreation.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM not present.
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Step into any operational area to maintain guest experience and flow.
• Drive front desk performance and membership sales.
• Oversee birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings.
• Ensure safety policies and incident reporting; maintain cleanliness.
