Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dynamic crew supervisor to deliver WOW customer service, train associates, and oversee daily store operations. You will engage with customers, manage stocking, merchandising, and checkout to ensure a fast, friendly experience.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact
• Trains crew on BE S.T. customer service; fast, friendly checkout
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures service quality
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees store operations
• Manages opening/closing of store including cash, doors, alarms
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drives store sales and controls expenses
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping
