Job summary

Five Below is seeking an engaging Store Leader to guide crew members in delivering WOW customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and manage stock, opening/closing procedures, and store performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multi-tasking, and composure under pressure. This is an hourly position at our Covington, WA location with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Must be 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interaction and superior service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff, and emergencies.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure readiness.
