Job summary

Five Below seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead daily store operations, train crew on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. You will help manage stock, open/close procedures, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and safety. 1+ year of management preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
