Job summary

Five Below seeks a goal-oriented supervisor to lead crew members in delivering WOW customer service. You will train staff on the BEST experience, oversee daily operations, and support stock receiving to keep the sales floor ready.

You will sometimes manage opening/closing duties, including cash handling and security checks. Successful candidate has at least 1 year in management, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities and ensures staff perform well.
• Receives, unpacks and stocks items for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations.
• Opens or closes the store and secures cash and alarms.
