The role supports training, merchandising, and guest satisfaction with a focus on the Five Below experience. Responsibilities include supervising checkout, stock, and opening/closing procedures, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, and collaborating with leadership to drive store performance.

• Act as Manager on Duty when required, handling store operations and issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
