Job summary

Five Below in Las Vegas is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and deliver WOW customer service. You will train crew, manage opening/closing, and ensure safe, efficient stock and checkout processes.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and strong verbal/written communication. Expect a flexible, fast-paced environment with lifting up to 25 lbs and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance and service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations, staff and issues.
• Manages opening/closing processes including cash, doors, alarms and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policy adherence.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stockroom upkeep.
