Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred for advancement.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with outstanding service and front-end operations.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor refreshed.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations during shifts.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security as needed.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
