Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Support Lead in North Hollywood, CA to guide store operations and guest experiences at the front line. You will supervise crew members, train on the BEST customer service, and support daily tasks to keep the sales floor stocked and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Customer service: ensure crew wow customers and provide fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
