Job summary

The position also posts miscellaneous payments, processes mail, answers phones, files, and replies to emails from students, staff, faculty, and external organizations. Schedule is approximately 25 hours per week across four days.

Responsibilities

• Review account balances and answer student questions.
• Explain payment plans and refunds to students.
• Apply payments to tuition charges and balance cash drawer at end of day.
• Post other payments (parking tickets, club deposits, etc.).
• Process mail, answer phones, file, and respond to emails from students, staff, faculty, and external parties.
