Job summary

Northampton Community College is seeking a part-time Student Account Representative to support the Bursar Office in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves handling student accounts, processing payments, and answering inquiries about balances, plans, and refunds.

Approximately 25 hours per week across four days, with duties spanning front-desk tasks, mail processing, and phone/email support. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a busy campus
