Five Below in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a part-time Support Lead to oversee crew activities, supervise daily store operations, and train associates to deliver the company’s BEST customer service experience.

The role requires a minimum 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Wow customers with personal contact and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure great customer service.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor organized.
Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff issues.
Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for smooth operations.
Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
Drive store sales and help control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
