Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Support Lead in Trexlertown, PA to wow customers and supervise store associates. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience and oversee daily activities, assisting with receiving and stocking to ensure fast shelf replenishment.

The role includes serving as Manager on Duty when required, opening/closing duties, and helping to drive store sales while controlling expenses. Flexible schedule with weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST service experience for fast, friendly checkouts.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
