Qualifications

• College experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty for store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies.
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and housekeeping.
