Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms as needed.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and standard processes.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room organization.
