Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register and assist customers.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to follow policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and store maintenance.
