Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Support Lead in Bronx, NY. The role oversees daily store operations, trains crew on the BEST customer service experience, and ensures a smooth checkout process.

You will act as Manager on Duty when needed and assist with opening/closing procedures while supporting onboarding and training of associates. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year of management experience, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on floor.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff.
