Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train associates on product knowledge and customer engagement on floor and at register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cashiering, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures; ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally; escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Engage customers to promote MINISO USA membership program.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
